• Pigging / Intelligent Pigging: We deploy mechanical and smart pigs for internal pipeline cleaning, wax/debris removal, and high-resolution inspection. Intelligent pigs use ultrasonic and magnetic technologies to detect wall thinning, corrosion, and geometry defects.
• Pre & De-commissioning and Commissioning: Our services include pipeline purging, nitrogen packing, fluid displacement, and integrity testing. These processes ensure that pipelines are safely started or shut down while meeting operational and environmental standards.
• Pipeline Flooding, Cleaning, Gauging & Inspection: We execute systematic pipeline preparation including water filling (flooding), debris removal (cleaning), sizing checks (gauging), and internal condition surveys (inspection).
• Chemical Injection Services: We deliver precise chemical dosing solutions for corrosion inhibition, paraffin control, and biocide applications. Systems are designed for continuous or batch injection, depending on operational needs.
• Fluid Transfer: We manage controlled transfer of liquids, including hydrocarbons, chemicals, and water, across terminals, plants, or temporary holding areas. We ensure pressure balance and spill prevention.
• High Pressure Hydro Testing: Our hydro testing verifies the strength and leak-tightness of new and existing pipelines using pressurized water, in compliance with ASME and API pressure testing standards.
